The search for new candidates for collaboration is one of the most demanding tasks that Wordfly Language Services sets itself, since these represent the pillars on which our production is founded. Those wishing to be candidates can contact us by means of any of the channels indicated below, enclosing a letter of presentation, a detailed Curriculum Vitae (amongst other things indicating specifically their language pairs, rates with eventual other specifications, and ALL contact details), eventual references and anything else that may be useful in drawing up a complete and faithful picture of the candidate in question.

Purposefully, we do not publish a form to be complied in order to make application, because we believe that an art such as that of translation and other language services requires much more than “simply” an extensive preparation in one’s field of specialisation and the knowledge of translation techniques. They demand, in effect, that additional value which derives from stylistic elegance, the right semantic refinement, pleasing and professional structuring of a text. Presenting oneself and making application, therefore, using the right language, constitutes for us the first calling card, which contributes not a little to our evaluation of the candidate (even though it costs us much more in terms of time when evaluating and selecting).
That is the way we are at Wordfly Language Services. We still believe in quality of work, exclusively human, distrusting and tirelessly warning against the extremely poor results of automatic translators.
Terms and Conditions
Upon passing the test, the candidate receives Terms and Conditions, the document which synthesizes the ethical rules which the future collaborator must abide by during the course of the professional relationship. Naturally, these are rules which are important for both parties, which always guarantee and safeguard the client in terms of punctuality, fairness and the quality of the final linguistic product.
